The home of McEwen's Vice Mayor James Ethridge at 55 Hillcrest Dr. was also heavily damaged by the Tornado.

This is a picture of the Jay Gibson Residence on Edwards Rd. Mr. Gibson was the only man hurt in the tornado, he is currently paralized. His home was also the most severly damaged in McEwen.

Another one of the homes severly damaged in the City of McEwen was residence of Mr. Walter Reid Long located at 28 Hillcrest Dr. He can tell you first hand how the tornado siren saved his and his wife's life.
